HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Music Complex has a fully comprehensive service to meet your specifications. With over ten years of festival and venue experience, we have a proven track record in providing a first class audio service.
All our prices include VAT - what you see is what you pay. Hire charges must be paid in advance of the hire commencing. The hire charge is for a period of 24 hours or until midday the next day, whichever is sooner.
There is an additional charge for equipment that is returned between 12.30am and 9.30am of £20. If your equipment is returned late (after midday the next day) there is a charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, unless a prior arrangment has been made and is noted on your hire form.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE
The hirer is responsible for insuring the equipment to the replacement value.
The hirer must leave a deposit of £150.00 AND
Provide 2 forms of valid/uptodate identification (see notes below)
The deposit can be paid by cheque only if supported by a guarantee card that covers the whole amount of the cheque. Company cheques are only accepted after clearance in advance of the hire date by our accounts dept.
Acceptable credit or debit cards: Access, Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Delta, Eurocard Switch or Electron.
Identification : Before the equipment leaves the premises, the hirer is required to show 2 forms of identification, 1 x photo I.D. (valid passport or drivers lic etc...) and 1 x CURRENT proof of address (utility bill, bank statement etc...)
