REHEARSAL GUIDELINES
The Music Complex is a membership studio, an annual £10 membership fee is required. The fee is non-negotiable and is non-refundable. It gives you the following benifits:
- Any rehearsal booking you make is secured immediatly
- Discount solo musician rates
- Discount rates for last minute bookings
- 10% off any purchase from our music shop
- 10% off any hire bookings (not inc. backline for use in rehearsals)
- Block booking service
Some details change from time to time. Please phone for the latest deals and discounts.
Our rehearsal prices are already competitive and you can save even more money with our 'on the day' deals, solo musicians rate or by block booking your rehearsals.
Don't forget to ask about our current special rehearsal deals and do speak to our rehearsal manager or any of our staff if there is anything that we can do to improve our service.
Rehearsal Cancellations
When cancelling a rehearsal the following terms apply. We require 72 hours notice if you wish to cancel your booking and incur no charge. The following are charges for short notice cancellations;
- Under 72 hours notice - 1/3 of room cost payable
- Under 48 hours notice - 2/3 of room cost payable
- Under 24 hours notice - full room cost payable
The full cost of the room and backline you have booked is payable if you do not show up for your rehearsal.
